POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining IT equipment and systems, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with technology in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 0–2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, printers, and mobile device support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT support requests, providing prompt and effective resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Support user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and permission changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and solutions in the IT ticketing system.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment procurement.
  • Support IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Help enforce IT policies, security best practices, and data protection measures.
