As a Business Systems Administrator at Celigo, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Salesforce remains the backbone of our go-to-market operations. You’ll participate in the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other supporting applications—helping sales operations, customer success, and support teams operate with speed and precision. From managing user access and configuring new features to troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows, you’ll continuously adapt the platform to meet the evolving needs of a fast-moving SaaS business. The ideal candidate is not only a Salesforce expert with hands-on configuration skills, but also a strategic thinker who understands the unique demands of the SaaS business model—complex sales cycles, subscription renewals, customer lifecycle management, and partner ecosystems. You will embrace an AI-first mindset, leveraging homegrown and packaged AI agents and platforms with capabilities to automate case triage, streamline admin tasks, and enable smarter workflows that enhance productivity and user adoption. Strong analytical and communication skills will allow you to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive growth, retention, and customer success. What would you do, if hired? Salesforce Administration, Configuration, & Development Manage daily production support activities including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of business systems related user tickets. Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments with a strong focus on declarative automation (flows, validation rules, process automation). Build robust dashboards and reporting to help provide visibility to business leaders. Ensure best practices in configuration, security settings, and system maintenance. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and leverage new features to drive efficiency and innovation. Maintain and monitor user access, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance. Contribute to the release management process including sandbox refreshes, change set deployments, and post-deployment validations. Identify and automate routine tasks using Flows, Process Builder, and Agentic AI-based assistants, reducing manual administrative overhead. Document system configuration, admin procedures, and support playbooks; provide training and support to end users as needed. Monitor system performance and usage, proactively identifying opportunities for cleanup, optimization, and user enablement. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, and platform best practices to continuously evolve administrative capabilities. Business Analysis & Collaboration Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate requirements into technical deliverables. Serve as a trusted advisor for internal clients, providing solution recommendations aligned with business processes. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives by ensuring Salesforce is effectively integrated into enterprise workflows. Approach problem-solving with both creativity and analytical rigor, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business needs. Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer service mindset and sense of urgency. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring alignment of expectations and outcomes. Provide updates and documentation that foster transparency and shared understanding across teams. Who are we looking for? Skills & Abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Thrives in an extremely busy and fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and challenges. Education & Experience 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS industry. Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer I, Developer II) are a plus. Avid Trailhead badge achiever and contributor. Experience with sales tools such as, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices. Experience supporting a field sales team or channel sales model. Experience maintaining a Gainsight environment is a plus. Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $125,000 and $140,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
