Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s Information Management System (IMS).
Manage document control activities in line with review cycles detailed in the Master Document Register, including notifying relevant personnel and updating system records.
Ensure accurate and secure handling of all controlled documentation.
Monitor the Improvement Register, tracking progress and ensuring timely implementation of identified actions.
Maintain and follow the IMS maintenance calendar, ensuring scheduled tasks are completed.
Implement and oversee client-specific project documentation and control requirements.
Assist in capturing and organising data for analysis and reporting, ensuring it is readily accessible.
Administer material delivery notes and update the Materials Received Register accordingly.
Carry out additional duties as required to support the needs of the business.
