Description

Oversees ServiceNow processes including incident, request, and problem management. Develop and contribute to reporting and dashboard development using Microsoft Purview, Power BI, and related tools. Support governance and compliance efforts across M365, including data classification and retention. Collaborate with InfoSec, Legal, and Compliance teams to address policy changes and service requests. Maintain and optimize security configurations and access controls across M365 services. Contribute to quarterly reviews of ITSM performance and recommend process improvements. Assist with training updates and documentation related to compliance and end-user support. 5+ years of experience in IT program or service management. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks. Experience with Microsoft 365 Purview, compliance center, and reporting tools. Familiarity with data governance, security policies, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
