WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Collaborate with Financial Institution clients to define and document their software customization requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot reported problems with developed software.
• Analyze client requests to determine the best implementation path, working with Development staff, Product Managers, QA staff, and other Business Systems Analysts.
• Create comprehensive business requirements documentation and programming specifications for application developers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor to development staff during project development phases.
• Validate that developed software complies with business requirements and functions correctly.
• Assist with delivering software to clients or our Data Center, including handling installation and configuration queries.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, such as reviewing and enhancing existing application documentation.
