Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join the Adrianna Papell IT Team. Business System Analyst performs functional and system analysis, defines requirements, provides documentation for standard operating processes and provides specifications for implementing software solutions to meet business functional needs. In this role, the Business Systems Analyst analyzes current business processes and systems, identifies areas for improvement, gathers requirements from functional business teams, and works closely with Technology Managers in developing technology solutions to help enhance business needs and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver, who has strong analytical skills, keen attention to details, clear communication skills and can be collaborative with cross functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Science with Computers Science preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the retail and wholesale industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially Blue Cherry and PLM system.
• In-depth knowledge of retail and business functional processes.
• Solid functional knowledge of finance processes within ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
• Positive, proactive, and “go-getter” attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs within the retail and wholesale sectors.
• Define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expertise in ERP systems, particularly Blue Cherry, and PLM systems.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of ERP systems with a strong focus on finance processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve business systems.
