Description Business Systems Analyst (ASPR SNS Support) Location: Telework & Atlanta, GA (Flowers Road, 30341) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) Travel: Up to 10% Contract: Federal Health & Human Services Support (ASPR/DSNS) Position Overview Venesco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS). This role supports mission-critical public health preparedness operations, ensuring the effective management and analysis of systems, data, and business processes that support national emergency response capabilities. The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and operational leadership to improve systems, develop reporting solutions, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Analyze existing and proposed business processes to identify improvements and develop solutions Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications Conduct data analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI Develop dashboards, reports, and recurring data products to support leadership decisions Participate in meetings with federal stakeholders including HHS, ASPR, and SNS leadership Support continuous operational readiness for emergency response activities (24/7 mission environment) Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support research, evaluation, and recommendations for system and process improvements Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and program requirements Training & Compliance Requirements Complete required CDC/DSNS training programs (annual and onboarding), including: cGMP Records Management Security Awareness Ethics NIMS-700A Role-based training Maintain training compliance within required timelines Support updates to CDC systems and training records as required Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of related experience in business systems analysis, data analysis, or process improvement Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in high-tempo, mission-driven environments Strong communication skills with ability to brief stakeholders and leadership Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal health or emergency response programs Familiarity with CDC, ASPR, or public health operations Experience in compliance-driven or regulated environments Ability to support 24/7 operational readiness requirements Work Environment This position supports a high-priority federal public health mission involving emergency preparedness and response.
