Job Description (Gainsight – campus hire) What You’ll Do: Learn to configure and maintain the Gainsight platform (workflows, dashboards, email programs, integrations). Assist in translating business needs into system solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Support internal Gainsight users by answering questions and helping troubleshoot issues. Monitor system performance and data accuracy. Document processes and contribute to continuous improvements. Stay updated on Gainsight features and best practices. What We’re Looking For: Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. We looking to hire a strong fresher for this role Strong interest in SaaS platforms, customer success, and data-driven operations. Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Good communication and analytical skills. Self-starter with eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Problem solver who is able to work collaboratively and take initiative. Nice to Have (Not Required): Exposure to business systems or tools (CRM, support systems). Experience working on college projects involving data analysis or system design. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or any reporting tools.
