Boise Centre, Idaho’s premier convention center, is looking for a skilled and solutions-driven Business Systems Analyst to join our Technical Services team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal software systems while helping departments work more efficiently through thoughtful technology support and collaboration.

PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• This position is based onsite at Boise Centre in downtown Boise, Idaho. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
• Light physical activity; mostly seated with frequent use of hands and fingers.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• May occasionally require travel or work on evenings, weekends, or holidays.

• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot software systems (including Momentus) for optimal performance and reliability.
• Assist with system configurations, updates, and infrastructure needs from planning to implementation.
• Lead our internal Momentus ERP success group and support team members across departments.
• Provide training and share documentation to help users effectively navigate software tools.
• Monitor tech trends and implement best practices to enhance system effectiveness.
• Manage user accounts and access rights for software platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
• Ensure data governance practices for quality, security, and access.
• Design and prioritize Crystal Reports to deliver timely, accurate insights.
• Participate in committee meetings and cross-departmental projects.
