Description
End-User Support Provide hands-on support to end users in SAP, SFDC, and ServiceMax for order management activities. Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and act as a bridge between technical teams and business users. Deliver end-user training to support adoption of new processes and technologies. Partner with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, integrations, and reports, focusing on pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and customer master data. Process Analysis & Optimization Evaluate current order management processes and data flows. Support Ticket Management & Trend Analysis Ensure timely resolution of support requests and escalate critical issues when required. Analyze ticket trends to identify recurring issues and root causes. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA Sales & Distribution implementation and support. Proficiency in Sales Order Management, Pricing & Conditions, Availability Check, Billing & Invoicing, and Credit Management. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and ServiceMax is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
