POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in the transformation and enhancement of our enterprise platforms. You will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, supporting the evolution of systems and data platforms to meet critical business needs. Your work will directly contribute to major initiatives including a significant ERP modernization, Business Intelligence enhancements, and corporate performance management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Full project life-cycle experience supporting ERP and enterprise systems implementations, from requirements definition through UAT and go-live support.
· Proven experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics, including requirements analysis, data modeling, and authoring reports using visualization tools.
· Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis, and documentation using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
· Experience with processes and systems used for financial and business performance management, such as close/consolidation and planning & analysis.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

· Collaborate with business units (e.g., Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to capture, analyze, and map end-to-end business workflows and requirements.
· Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and validate process flows for system implementations and upgrades.
· Design and build operational and analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making and performance tracking.
· Support business stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, issue tracking, and resolution.
· Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to drive improvements in corporate and divisional financial reporting and business performance management processes.
· Support Master Data Management processes and procedures to ensure data completeness and accuracy across platforms.
· Maintain and enhance the company’s business intelligence data model and identify opportunities for new value-added data sources.
· Ensure compliance with data governance standards and security protocols in all reporting and analytics work.
· Provide functional and transactional support to end-users for key enterprise systems.
