At Chartwell, we’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive operational excellence, process automation, and digital transformation. 4. SUPPORT LEARNING & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

• Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
• Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis, quality assurance, or process improvement, preferably within healthcare, senior living, or SaaS/cloud environments.
• Hybrid & Agile Mindset: Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments, with the ability to apply an Agile mindset within primarily Waterfall project structures.
• Awareness of privacy, compliance, or health information standards is an asset.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Visio, Power Automate) and business process tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Yardi, Power BI, UiPath, and SAP.
• Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools for process improvement (preferred but not required).

• Be a Change Driver: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze needs, refine business processes, and implement new solutions
• Leverage AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and reduce manual tasks by applying automation and emerging technologies like AI, while supporting responsible use aligned with Chartwell’s operational and privacy standards.
• Ensure Quality & Reliability: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet business and functional requirements.
• Guide system implementation activities: Translate business needs into configuration and validation steps, working with IS and Operations to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
