As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and supporting systems that drive the delivery and maintenance of civil asset infrastructure. You’ll help shape the future of Sydney by enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse and improve business processes and systems.
• Lead user acceptance testing and support digital transformation projects.
• Manage and validate asset data across corporate systems.
• Provide technical support and training for system users.
• Design and implement data strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
