JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst – Co-op
DEPARTMENT: Transit
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Student must be enrolled in any College or University Program/Co-Op. Proof of enrollment letter will be requested prior to job offer.
- Ability to work outdoors
EDUCATION:
- Post-secondary student with minimum two years of studies with focus on Information Technology, Computer Science and/ or Sustainability Technologies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred knowledge and/or experience with network technologies, database architecture/query
- Minimum one year work experience, preferably in office environment
OTHER SKILLS AND ASSETS:
- Computer proficiency in Windows Desktop/Microsoft office/software
- Able to exercise discretion and tact in sensitive and confidential situations
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner, well organized, capable to work in a rapidly changing environment with deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- A current class G driver’s license in good standing
