As CRM Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their Sales/CRM requirements
• Documentation: Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs
• Requirement Analysis: Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objective
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical tea
