Piper Companies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals for a growing technology organization. The Business Systems Analyst - Customer Portals will support a greenfield project that is highly visible to the organization developing a new state of the art web portal. An ideal candidate for the Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals role will possess strong experience in customer-facing portals and websites. The Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals role is REMOTE and will work EST hours.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – CUSTOMER PORTALS INCLUDE:

  • Over 6 years of professional business system analyst experience
  • Hands on experience breaking down business requirements into clearly documented processes and dependencies
  • Technical background and knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Agile experience and strong knowledge of the full SDLC
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience

Compensation of the Business Systems Analyst – Customer Portals:

  • $115,000 - $135,000 annually
  • Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, sick leave as required by law
