Key Skills Required:

• Business Analysis – 7+ years in gathering business, functional, and user requirements.
• System Testing & UAT – Experience in user acceptance testing and validation of software functionalities.
• Project & Issue Tracking Tools – Proficient with TFS, Microsoft Test Manager, and ServiceNow.
• Child Welfare / Human Services Experience – Highly desirable for understanding domain-specific processes.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong written/verbal skills and ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and end users.
• Project Management Understanding – Ability to track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with SDLC.
• Documentation & Reporting – Skilled in preparing reports, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining system documentation.
• Technical Tools Proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• IT Governance & Change Control – Familiarity with scope management, issue escalation, and governance protocols.
• IIBA Certification (Highly Desirable) – Validates professional BA expertise.
• Experience performing similar work in the Child Welfare or other Human Services Field

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $44.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
