Meet the team: Dexcom is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Systems Analyst to support our Customer Advocacy team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and optimization of automated systems that solve complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Where you come in: (target 5-8 bullets, max 10) Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into scalable, automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Identify gaps in systems and processes and define functional specifications and business requirements to drive automation initiatives. Configure and optimize system settings to support evolving business needs and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Design and document the architecture and functionality of automated systems, including Complaint Handling Systems, Data Investigation Automations, and Robotic Process Automations. Develop and execute test scripts for system validation using tools such as ValGenesis, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met. Lead unit, integration, and acceptance testing efforts to validate automated solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with users to gather requirements, develop business cases and user stories, and provide consultative support for adoption of automated tools. Investigate and resolve system defects, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity across all automated workflows. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, publish status reports, and recommend actions to keep automation initiatives on track. Maintain and update system protocols and procedures to reflect evolving automation strategies. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends and system performance metrics. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. Support special projects aimed at improving commercial performance and expanding Dexcom's Customer Advocacy capabilities through automation.
