Position Overview
The Business Systems & IT Analyst (“Analyst”) is responsible for maximizing the day-to-day functionality of our ERP system (NetSuite) and other business/IT applications to meet DuraMark’s current and growing business needs. This role supports critical business strategies by managing NetSuite development, implementation, and maintenance while collaborating cross-functionally with all departments, business leaders, and third-party partners.
As a result of the recent acquisition, we have engaged a long-standing trusted partner to help implement NetSuite at our new Minnesota location in 2025. The Analyst will play a key role in fostering team cohesiveness during the ERP implementation process and provide ongoing system support. This will ensure NetSuite and other applications effectively meet user needs, maintain data integrity, and align with organizational growth objectives. This position offers high visibility within the company, allowing the Analyst to make a significant impact on operations across multiple states.

This position is located in Westfield, IN. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and willing to relocate to Westfield if necessary. Additionally, occasional travel is our Minnesota location will be required.
