Description
Your responsibilities will include: Provide on-site business process support across functions for new and existing systems (e.g., SAP, Business Information Warehouse). Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to establish effective, efficient business practices. Deliver effective user training and support to drive adoption of new systems and processes. Troubleshoot issues and support end users (e.g., reporting, training, transaction analysis). Collaborate on cross-functional and cross-site teams (locally and in the U.S.) to articulate site requirements, coordinate testing/simulations, and document results. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in business process analysis, systems support, or related field Proven ability to manage projects through their full lifecycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.) Familiarity with SAP, Business Information Warehouse, or similar enterprise systems Background in manufacturing operations or process improvement initiatives
