HubSpot is looking for a technical Business Systems Analyst to join our growing FinTech team. In this role, you’ll use your technical and analytical expertise to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that empower our Finance and Accounting teams. You’ll help drive automation, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize financial operations across the organization.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of finance technology projects — from requirements gathering to post-go-live enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions for Capital Expenditures, Financial Reporting, and Compliance workflows
• Configure SaaS tools and build integrations using platforms like Workato or Zapier
• Maintain and improve core financial systems, supporting month-end close and upgrade activitiesPartner cross-functionally to assess tools, define architectures, and shape roadmaps
