Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Shah Alam, Selangor. What a typical day looks like: Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing the specification, and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needs Determine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer’s requirements Assist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments Write functional and technical specifications for developers Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Communicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager. Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency. Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements. Deployment of Flex standard applications The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Relevant educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience as an analyst working or deployment in a BaaN5/Infor LN or other ERP environment. Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/ technical area. Experience in ERP, logistic processes, supply chain in the manufacturing industry Able to work well on projects with tight timelines and manage a small team of key users. Basic SQL and knowledge in business applications Good understanding of systems and functionalities in place.
