ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This newly created position is responsible for the design and development of systems and processes that enhance efficiency and support effective delivery of our operational and strategic goals.
We are in an exciting period of growth and this role will require an individual with the innovation and drive to match the pace and intensity of our business!

AS BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Critical review of process bottlenecks and solution design to improve speed of delivery and reliability.
  • Translation of business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications to enable ‘fit for purpose’ solution selection.
  • Managing the implementation of new solutions and driving change management activities by engaging a diverse range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Testing and quality assurance activities including assessing design compliance and conducting periodic audits.
  • Reporting and monitoring to evaluate system performance and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.
