Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technology enthusiast to join our applications team as a Business Systems Analyst primarily supporting manufacturing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting various business systems, including ERP (D365 Business Central), MES, WMS, and label printing. This role involves working closely with various departments to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the system. Requirements Maintenance and Support · Oversee and prioritize support issues, including both US and NL locations · In conjunction with the process owner, plan out and justify modifications · Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and propose solutions Implementation · Contribute to the re-implementation of the ERP in the US · Collaborate with the process owners & stakeholders to build out a thorough system requirements document / fit-gap analysis · Establish and perform a training plan with the departments SME Compliance · Stay on top of BC updates and ensure sandboxes are properly tested after patching to approve production patches · Ensure user permissions are maintained with a least privileged mentality Technology · Stay on top of evolving & emerging technologies that may have a home in NewAge Industries · Test, trial, and explore various technologies as they are identified, such as AI, automation, handhelds, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ Education, Skills and Experience Requirements: · Working knowledge of D365 BC / NAV in a manufacturing environment · Understands Production Orders, BOMs, Routings and Manufacturing processes · Understands business processes & systems · Ability to use time effectively and efficiently while managing multiple priorities · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Effective planning, organization, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills required · Demonstrated dependability, reliability and ability to work well independently with minimal supervision LANGUAGE SKILLS: · Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and work instructions. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators and the public. REASONING ABILITY: · Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
