JOB SUMMARY
Experience professional responsible for independently conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, and issue resolution. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and IT teams, this role plays a critical part in defining and implementing IT-based solutions to improve business operations. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and works collaboratively to enhance system functionality.
DESCRIPTION
- Enterprise System Implementation/Enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into system designs, workflows, and user stories for the development team.
- Analyze data flow across multiple modules. identifying data dependencies and integration points for the development team
- Collaborate with developers to ensure system configurations and minor customizations align with business needs
- Develop and execute basic test scripts, perform functional testing, and conduct smoke testing for system releases to the production environment
- Participate UAT by working with business users to assist in validating that solutions meet their requirements
- Enterprise System Issue Management
- Monitor and track IT issues, incidents, and service disruptions. Assist in identifying patterns and support resolution efforts under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Support system configuration changes and minor customizations to resolve issues or implement simple enhancements
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring proper triage, categorization, and prioritization.
- Enterprise System Documentation & Training
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external users
- Assist in developing training materials and co-facilitate training sessions for small enhancements and projects
The salary or hourly wage range of $87,000 – $146,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and skills in one or more of the following enterprise applications
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP):
- Develop foundational knowledge of ERP systems and functional areas and demonstrated hands-on experience managing in one ERP Tracks: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Value Chain Execution (Transportation/Logistic Management), Value Chain Planning (Supply Chain Planning), Procurement, Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM). Technical packages/tools: SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer/TOAD, Data Loader, OBIEE
- Salesforce:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Platforms: (Sales Cloud, CPQ & Billing, Marketing Cloud & Pardot, Experience Cloud), customization, and process automation (Flow, Apex).
- Experience with customizing Salesforce (custom objects, fields, layouts)
- ServiceNow:
- Experience in functional knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience managing one or more ServiceNow modules.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts
- Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, adjusting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to understand user needs and apply solutions that align with business goals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related technical field, or 6+ years of experience in IT business systems analysis in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of experience in IT business systems analysis
