Description
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and implementation of globally standardized financial reporting and analytics solutions Developing a deep understanding of underlying data and data structures, and how that data is used by the business Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study. 3+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting or business analysis. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovation and continuous improvement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data-visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Hands-on experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data cleansing. Applied financial acumen with experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into reporting and insights. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects; plans, tracks, and reports status (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar). Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style; able to facilitate discussions and document requirements. Organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize work and operate independently with minimal supervision. Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and proactively engage internal stakeholders to drive outcomes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a global organization and partnering with regional/business unit leadership teams. Experience generating, analyzing, and delivering sales and financial management reporting (dashboards, KPIs, executive summaries). Experience with data lake/warehouse platforms (e.g., SAP HANA, Snowflake, or similar) and enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EPM, Hyperion/SmartView, or similar). Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling, or generative AI solutions; able to assess appropriate use cases.
