EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Preference given to candidates who have experience working in Agile.
  • Expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
  • Nice to have: Experience and comfort level Clarity, Confluence and JIRA; knowledge of enterprise data pipelines.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 products (e.g., Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Familiarity with web services and XML
  • Experience with creating database queries and working with CSS.
  • Ability to work independently as the senior or lead system analyst and coach or guide team.

  • Requirements Management – ability to elicit, document and manage business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, process flows and data models from stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies – Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
  • Process Mapping and Analysis – Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • System Analysis – Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
  • Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound judgments.
  • Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Application Supported - The successful candidate will be Supporting the Human Centered Design Practice (Asset Codes FIGMA, BRSTK, EMDS, AXCL and new TBD Design Research Tools)
  • Provide deep technical subject matter expertise/analysis or operational process support as a key resource/representative supporting the Human Centered Design Practice
