Job Description This role is based in our Shawnee, KS office. We're seeking a collaborative Business Systems Analyst who can partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will excel at project management, creating clear timelines, and delivering results on schedule. Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel are essential, with a background in data management being highly valued. Role Accountabilities: Reporting: Design, maintain, and automate business reports Invoice Support: Create and maintain invoice-related processes and documentation Data Management: Manage and load third-party data files Report Library: Oversee and support the organization's report repository Training: Provide training on Advantage application usage Documentation: Create both technical and end-user documentation Perform additional tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred) Previous experience in subscription-based business environments (preferred) Strong partnership skills with business teams to support decision-making processes Proficiency in SQL query writing and Excel Experience with Microsoft Access for report development Hands-on experience with Power BI Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
