We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in improving service levels, resolving system challenges, and helping us deliver operational excellence. What You’ll Do As a Business Systems Analyst at Input 1, you will: Become a subject matter expert on business systems and operations. Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies, cut costs, and modernize processes through technology. Partner with executives and managers to design, implement, and manage impactful system and process changes. Test and monitor new system features before and after deployment. Document workflows, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and client onboarding. Resolve operational system and data issues quickly and effectively. Contribute to client implementation success by creating high-quality documentation and support materials. Education And Experience/Knowledge Requirements 4-year college degree required. 5-7 years of previous similar work experience in IT, project management, or other related fields preferred. PMP certification preferred Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages preferred Experience working with various software applications and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) Ready to make an impact?
