We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Plex
• Proven success in ERP standardization and UX migration
• Experience in manufacturing business processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
• Strong understanding of integrated systems
• Willingness to travel locally

PURPOSE & FUNCTION

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency using standard project management methodologies
• Provide technical and analytical support for ERP systems across both U.S. sites
• Lead business process reviews, documentation, and optimization efforts
• Deliver training, change management, and support for ERP users, including UX migration and module activation
• Ensure systems and processes are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
• Assess and improve existing security controls and protocols

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and implement service-oriented and solution architectures
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for seamless data integration
• Manage IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security
• Leverage Salesforce and Pegasystems to enhance CRM strategies
• Conduct systems engineering and workflow design
• Debug and troubleshoot applications across Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments
• Implement cloud security protocols and manage AWS services
• Develop RESTful APIs for application integration
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and related tools
• Administer DNS, DHCP, GPOs, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage information security
• Configure and customize Plex ERP screens, roles, and navigation
• Respond to ERP-related support tickets and user requests
• Participate in major ERP projects including module activation and process standardization
• Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned
