DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, business, or engineering
· Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience and responsibilities
· Proficiency in various business technologies
· Strong interpersonal communication, analysis and writing skills
· Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills to analyze, model and interpret data
· Proven experience with all stages of system implementation in complex business environments

· Conduct research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance business efficiency using technology-driven strategies
· Serve as a key resource in troubleshooting system supported business issues, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing technology-based solutions to optimize business operations
· Work with third parties and the business during system development, testing and implementation
· Provide training and guidance to the business when new tools and features are introduced
· Evaluate and assess system releases, upgrades and configuration options to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the business
