The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Business & Systems Analyst who is passionate about improving business processes, optimising technology solutions and driving innovation across the organisation.

This is a dynamic role that combines business analysis, systems support, process improvement and technology innovation. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology partners and external vendors to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer outcomes and support Miga's strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Business Systems Team Leader, you will play a key role in analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities and translating requirements into practical, scalable and efficient technology solutions. The role supports critical business systems including and reporting platforms while contributing to strategic business initiatives, digital transformation projects and continuous improvement programs.
