JCDC is CISA’s flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. JCDC proactively gathers, analyzes, and shares actionable cyber risk information to enable synchronized, holistic cybersecurity planning, cyber defense, and response. As JCDC continues to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community, we are looking to grow our team supporting this critical mission. New teammates will support these efforts as well as augment the existing team. Role functions may include: Assisting the JCDC Production Team to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Automation to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in JCDC’s content production and support knowledge management. The AI Model/Automation should: Help team members follow JCDC’s internally established protocols and quality standards. Validate content (i.e., external products, Cybersecurity guidance, alerts, etc.) meet the established style, review, and edit requirements to ensure that documents are being vetted according to established standards. Review historical cybersecurity guidance to identify outdated, missing, or redundant materials, or materials that need to be revamped, or gaps. Analyze existing content and spot trends in JCDC’s reporting to inform the task force regarding what to publish in the future. Reviewing existing use cases and prioritizing them through a repeatable methodology Following the system development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment Documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) Integrating existing processes Using digital media to complete program/project tasks Building and maintaining effective relationships for customer service and project support. Demonstrating initiative and proactively identifying and communicating needs. Receiving general supervision, applying seasoned judgment autonomously (as appropriate for the situation). This is currently a hybrid position requiring staff to be in-person at the DHS CISA client site in Arlington, VA as needed in accordance with the requirements of the contract. Applicants must be able to meet the on-site work location requirements in the Washington D.C. metro area without advanced notice. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience leveraging AI/Automation to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in content production and support knowledge management for federal programs or similar initiatives. Demonstrated experience analyzing existing content, spotting trends, and making recommendations to inform future publications. Thorough understanding of and experience applying the SDLC. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills especially using digital media. Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in the face of new assignments and the re-prioritization of existing assignments. Applicants must be located within the National Capital Region (NCR) and be physically present, as requested, for sensitive meetings located within the NCR. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience. Top Secret security clearance and be eligible to receive agency suitability. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Desired Qualifications Demonstrated experience regarding SOP development and process integration. Demonstrated experience providing program and/or project management services to government programs; experience with cybersecurity programs is especially pertinent. Demonstrated experience facilitating elicitation of customer requirements/needs, including helping to identify and document capability gaps, formulate and develop solutions, and participate in and contribute to strategic discussions. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $82,500.00 - USD $128,925.00 /Yr.
