In this role, you’ll bridge business needs with technology solutions that support customs brokerage and logistics operations. You will join our team in solving complex problems, building innovative solutions, and shaping the future of trade technology in our global organization.

• Partner with business leaders, system owners, and end users to understand needs, define requirements, and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Write clear technical specifications, functional designs, and system proposals that guide development and configuration.
• Lead design and testing sessions to validate solutions, ensure quality, and optimize user experience.
• Support the implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems, including end-user training and documentation.
• Evaluate system effectiveness and propose strategies to maximize ROI from IT investments.
