Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in high-availability banking and payments systems to join their Agile delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine complex business requirements, translate them into clear specifications and user stories, and ensure they are well understood by development teams. You will facilitate refinement sessions, coordinate and execute testing activities—including user acceptance testing—and identify opportunities to enhance banking and payment processes. This position requires a proven track record of delivering business systems analysis within large-scale, IT-enabled projects, strong facilitation and collaboration skills, and hands-on experience in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of business analysis expertise, three years working in Agile, and a solid understanding of mission-critical, always-on financial systems. Professional certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are considered an asset.
* This is a 24 month contract to start
Hybrid work: 8 days a month on-site in Ottawa
Candidates must be eligible for Government of Canada SECRET Security Clearance (10+ years in Canada) *
