HubSpot’s Business Systems Analysts contribute to the mission of helping millions of organizations grow better by developing and supporting technology for HubSpot employees. The Partner Systems & Automation team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage and scale internal systems for our partner programs, with focus on the App Partner Program, collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve partner program systems. Business Systems Analysts focus on high-impact, large, cross-functional initiatives that solve pain points for partner operations teams. They also enable our employees to be more efficient in serving HubSpotters and partners by simplifying and automating processes through low and no-code solutions.

• Become an expert in our systems and have a clear understanding of the current pain points and business problems that the partner team is facing
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiency, continuous improvements and scale through automation and AI in our systems
• Work closely with business partners, PMs and engineers to understand problems and find the best available solution
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with the overall business/system strategies and planned projects
• Build customized solutions on our in-house and third-party applications
• Spec, build and monitor system integrations
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met
• Relentlessly focus on quality and impact - quality of data, performance, user experience, etc.
