BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Systems Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a new application at the bank. This role offers the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time employee, providing a valuable chance to contribute significantly to the team.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• 2 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
• 5+ years of experience with MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 2 years of experience with any case management system, e.g., ServiceNow
• 5 years of experience working with technical teams

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Banking experience
• Knowledge of databases – SQL

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Create process flows and diagrams using MS Visio
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Support the implementation of case management systems such as ServiceNow
