BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a BSA/Product Owner for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be working on multiple projects related to Digitization and AI Enablement within the bank. This role involves supporting Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement through product ownership, business analysis, and project coordination to drive strategic initiatives and process efficiencies.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience as Product Owner – 2+ years
• Experience as BSA – 2+ years
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (technology, risk, product, business) – 5 years
• Experience with MS suite – 5 years

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Visio
• Experience with Analytics including Adobe, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, and Edge
• Knowledge of generative AI use cases
• Knowledge on the use of LLMs

• Develop and present high-level business cases and analysis roadmaps
• Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and design future-state processes
• Support project delivery in alignment with bank’s enterprise framework
• Build and execute change management strategies
• Maintain strong professional relationships with bank partners
• Track progress and analyze data for actionable insights
• Present complex ideas effectively to various audiences
