This Business Systems Analyst position is first most responsible for supporting a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application for manufacturing operations by processing required deliverables for the production.

The opportunity:

  • Learns foundational baseline knowledge of the capabilities, configurations, and usages of the MES. Becomes familiar with on-site production processes and resulting product produced.
  • Serves as a supporting liaison between manufacturing operations teams and an in-house technical development and support team to assist evaluating and meeting new requirements or changes.
  • Acquires project management skills to organize tasks, uphold timelines, and provide updates to internal stakeholders. Develops test cases for acceptance testing of changes to existing or development of new builds. Adheres to change management control procedures.
  • Ensures and executes to meet compliance with diagnostic medical device standards, corporate guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and global Computerized System Validation (CSV) requirements.
  • Participates and contributes in portfolio projects according to roles and responsibilities defined. Other duties as assigned by management.

Who you are?

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or 4+ years equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Hands on experience authoring and driving CSV initiative
  • Project management experience
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology background
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automated systems

    Pay transparency
    The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg is 60,800.00 - 113,000.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
