Reporting to the Enterprise Application Manager, the Business System Analyst for Sales and Logistics is responsible, but not limited to, •the support and administration of Sales and Logistics applications managed and supported by IT&S. •Provide Level 1 & 2 support to end users •Monitor and maintain performance of the applications (Quintiq (CLS and QPS), SAP SD Module, Birt reporting environment, System monitoring/integration with Baar and other third party systems) •Develop and maintain technical documentation for the applications as mentioned above •Identify, build case for change, seek approval and implement improvements •Monitor and improve audit requirements of system applications above that are part of ICFR •Establish and maintain working relationship with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to ensure all requirements are met •Driving agreed roadmap, initiatives and projects to achieve the set objectives •Technology lead for Sales and Logistics initiatives; Quintiq, ERP and User Experience •Be the voice for driving innovations As a Sales and Logistics Business Systems Analyst in Glencore Coal – the following are core business expectations •Support the business and deliver roadmap items •Adhere to Change Management Processes •Identify Business Improvement Opportunities •Lead/support projects where required •Monitor and improve audit requirements of system applications above that are part of ICFR Glencore provides unrivalled career and development prospects, great communities and the opportunity to work with leaders in your field.
