BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST- SALESFORCE

Our client, a global SaaS business is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce experience to join them on a permanent basis
In the role, you will be gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements specifically related to sales and marketing systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of the sales and marketing teams, drive business objectives, and improve operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & ANALYSIS

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed system requirements for sales and marketing

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting sales and/or marketing functions
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
  Salesforce certification is preferred.
