BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – SALESFORCE/NCINO:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – SALESFORCE/NCINO - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves onboarding small businesses to a commercial platform utilizing Salesforce/nCino. The role requires the candidate to work on enhancing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to support bank’s Commercial Customers and internal users.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – SALESFORCE/NCINO - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
  • Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
  • Hands-On Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Business Analysis & Planning skills.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into business value.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – SALESFORCE/NCINO – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with nCino Credit Origination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a strong team player.
  • Capable of adapting quickly and managing multiple demands.
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
