Threadcount Textile & Design is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead the analysis, design, and rollout of our operational tech stack — with Salesforce as the hub of record. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring successful integrations across Salesforce, QuickBooks, Shopify, and related platforms.
As the bridge between business teams and technical execution, you’ll document requirements, design workflows, oversee integrations, and ensure that systems and automations align with Threadcount’s growth priorities.
