Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 2 years working directly with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, customer onboarding, sales workflows, and compliance processes.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, etc.) to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and Salesforce technical teams (developers, admins, architects).
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support Salesforce configuration, customization, testing, and deployment across multiple banking departments.
  • Analyze and map existing processes; recommend improvements and automation using Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance (including KYC, AML, and other regulatory frameworks).
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Assist in managing Salesforce platform updates, releases, and enhancements.
  • Work closely with QA and UAT teams to develop test plans, validate results, and ensure high-quality solutions.
