JOB SUMMARY
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA) is seeking an enthusiastic, tech savvy, self-starter to fill an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst Senior (BSA) position. This position will assist with the implementation of new technologies such as CRM as well as analysis of data, business processes and systems across the department.
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Systems and Research, the Business Systems Analyst will perform complex statistical analyses of data reported in the various information systems with a primary focus on the student data sets. This position will also design and create data visualizations that have an intuitive interface and are easy to understand.

Reporting to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) manages U-M’s enrollment function to efficiently optimize students’ experiences throughout their engagement, from prospect to alumni. The division collaborates with campus partners, faculty, and staff in support of the university’s mission.
OEM comprises a dedicated team of more than 200 full-time staff members and up to 400 additional student and temporary staff and is structured in five operational units - the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of New Student Programs, the Office of the Registrar, and OEM Administration.
