ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Systems Specialist, you’ll act as a technology engineer helping deliver best-in-breed solutions that advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and be obsessed with creating the best technology solutions. This is a critical position supporting our Corporate Platform Applications, including Azure, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot, Teams, and the M365 application suite.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Analyze business processes and identify efficiency opportunities through automation and AI solutions.
• Design, implement and run Microsoft technology solutions to improve business operations.
• Solving complex business problems using the latest technology and common sense.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications to create impactful technology solutions.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and leadership to other team members.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve expert-level issues related to M365 and Microsoft technology.
• Staying updated with the latest Microsoft features, best practices, and solutions.
