Reporting to the Manager, Business & Systems Analysis Chapter specific to the Disability - Business Only Group Benefits area, the Business & Systems Analyst is familiar with a wide variety of concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate to IT and general operations. They rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
In this role, you will conduct needs analysis, write requirements/user stories, collaborate with various stakeholders and support the team to increase productivity and reduce costs.

UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS

  • As this position is posted in several locations, an ability to work as per the Eastern Time zone is required
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.
  • Work with the team to conduct analysis on business requests with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization.
  • Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation.
  • Review and provide comments on business and technical documentation.
  • Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation.
