Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and analytical functions. Experience with Oracle ERP, EPM (FCCS/EPBCS), and Essbase cube structures. Familiarity with ETL, data warehousing, and basic Java is a plus. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience in risk or finance technology areas. Ability to decompose and document legacy systems for migration. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of tools like Tableau, SAS, and Qualtrics for data visualization and VOC analysis. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment for financial systems projects. Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation. Serve as liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement enhancements. Ensure data accuracy across ERP and EPM platforms, supporting timely and reliable financial reporting. Provide expert support on Oracle General Ledger, OTBI reporting, and intercompany transactions. Conduct root-cause analysis for system issues and recommend corrective actions. Support audit and compliance efforts through documentation and data extracts. Collaborate with global teams on system integrations and upgrades. Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
