Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a partner to the Lead to Invoice Stream Lead working on the Business Systems Team.

You will be:

  • Participating in discussions to get an understanding of upcoming changes and strategic goals for Commercial and Marketing.
  • Identifying obstacles proactively and develop solutions to prevent and/or overcome these scenarios.
  • Planning changes in CRM and work with the Commercial team to coordinate.
  • Acting as a member of the Scrum Team.
  • Monitoring and resolving IT incidents and service requests related to CRM by debugging to identify the root cause of issues, Identifying and implementing fixes.
  • Provide support to Lead to Invoice Business Transformation Lead with other projects and tasks, as required.
  • Provide Ad Hoc assistance to colleagues, primarily Commercial Ops, Delivery Ops and Finance.
