The Business Systems Analyst – Workday & Enterprise Systems is responsible for supporting the optimization, administration, and enhancement of Metrocare’s HR, Finance, and operational technology platforms. This role works cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and IT to improve business processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver scalable system solutions across Workday HCM, Adaptive Planning, SharePoint, OSV, NetSuite, and other enterprise applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions listed here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the job. Workday Support & Enhancements Maintain and troubleshoot data within Workday HCM and with integrated systems. Support quarterly Workday releases through testing, documentation, and validation of business processes, dashboards, and security roles. Build and enhance Workday reports and dashboards, including advanced reporting, ad hoc analysis, and data validation queries. Assist with EIB creation, error handling, and mass data uploads. Partner with HR partners to improve process accuracy, compliance, and system adoption. Adaptive Planning & Workforce Analytics Support configuration, maintenance, and validation of workforce planning models and dashboards. Ensure data alignment between Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, performing reconciliations and root‑cause analysis for discrepancies. Develop and maintain workforce reports and labor forecasting tools for Finance and HR leadership. Enterprise Systems Support Assist with the support, testing, and documentation of enterprise applications outside of Workday including Guusto, Relias, UNUM, NetSuite, SharePoint, and OSV. Participate in system enhancement projects, platform integrations, and cross‑system data process improvements. Support maintenance of SharePoint sites, workflows, and documentation supporting business users. Process Optimization & Documentation Conduct current‑state process analysis and recommend redesigned workflows to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience. Document SOPs, training guides, test scripts, and process maps using tools such as Visio or Sharepoint. Support change management activities, including end‑user communications and training. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system functionality. Serve as a first point of escalation for system issues, partnering with vendors or IT as needed. Support initiatives that reduce system redundancy and improve self‑service adoption across the organization. Organizational skills QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 3+ years experience in HRIS, Business Systems, or Workday HCM support. Experience in Workday HCM required; Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred. Proven experience with HR data management, reporting, data validation, and testing. Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance requirements, and business process design. Proficiency with Excel Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications Experience with NetSuite, SharePoint, Monday.com, or related enterprise applications. Experience building process documentation, flowcharts, or SOPs. Prior experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or large matrixed organizations. Workday certifications (HCM, Reporting, Adaptive) are a plus. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DRIVING REQUIRED: No MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math skills required.
